Self portrait drawing
I realize that I’m getting around to this a little late, but I’m offering prints of my poster for $7 plus $3.75 shipping. It’s a calendar of the moon phases in 2017, which I originally made to give as Christmas presents. Since I got good feedback on them I’ve been meaning to try selling some online. For anyone who’s unfamiliar with it, Big Cartel is a legitimate site used by lots of people, so you shouldn’t worrying about your identity being stolen or something. I wasn’t planning to make more prints at first, because honestly I didn’t take a lot of artistic pride in it. To me it was mostly a design project that required using rulers and templates a lot. Plus I think I subconsciously ripped off the classic lunar calendar a little. I actually tried to base my design on something that would fit into a Harry Potter book. Anyway, it did turn out well and I think it improves on other lunar calendars in some ways. And I’ve never tried doing something like this before, so it’s a good thing to start with.
